Product Description
JPSRCS is very compact, low-cost and user friendly capping machine. This model is suitable for capping and sealing of ROPP caps on the bottle particular for slow speed application This unit required manually feeding and unloading of container.
Previously filled bottles are manually fed, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, and sealing head is performing perfect operation of capping with uniform torque.
The sealing head consist of total four rollers. Two rollers properly Skirts, Spins and Seals the cap and simultaneously another two rollers performs perfect threading according to bottle neck diameter. After sealing operation, sealing head moves upward with help of cam and unload the sealed bottle.
